Trained in the art of Edomae sushi, Victor Emmanuel presents a cuisine defined by precision, purity, and seasonality, guided by the finest ingredients available each day.
Alongside him, Ando, a Japanese chef with more than twenty years of experience, brings the discipline and depth of traditional craftsmanship.
